That little bit of unused space in your garden need not go to waste as our customer on this project stated, so Portside Decking and Fencing measured up and got to work. We dug out all of the post holes and added 6 inches of gravel for drainage to reduce the chances of the posts rotting, and secured them using postcrete, given this very strong foudation the decking, once levelled was installed quickly with little mess or inconvenience to the customer.

The deck was then treated with oil to bring out the grain and to protect the wood giving the customer piece of mind that while looking beautiful their deck will last for many enjoyable years to come.

The main deck will be used for a garden bench and table that the customer already has, and will use on those balmy summer days for drinks and food, while the slightly raised deck will be used for planters and pots as the customer is an avid gardener.
